Fees are set per shift (up to ₹3,000 per shift per month), so pricing stays consistent — the operator never types an amount by hand at admission or renewal. Renew a student for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and the new due date, amount and receipt are calculated automatically.
A student pays ₹800 of a ₹1,000 fee today and the rest next week? Record it as a partial payment — Libly tracks the exact remaining balance, shows the due on the student's profile, and includes it in the next WhatsApp reminder. Partial amounts can never exceed the total fee, so books always reconcile.
Every payment generates a numbered receipt you can print or send on WhatsApp. The revenue dashboard breaks collections down by day, shift and month, tracks expenses, and projects next month's renewals — so you know your real numbers without opening Excel.
